" Come let us have a drink and tell me more" *drawing you into the circle of her arms*:rose:

Wouldn't that be either Tio Narratore's decision or Slippedhalo's, Yeishia, since they're the master and mistress of the academy. ;)

Anyway it won't be me. I'll wait until one of the masters post and then try to weave my character into their post somehow.

"Hmmm you are so right this girl will have to mind her P's and Q's

she is be cumming way too forward"

So, I'm hoping to just enter the RP by showing up at the door. I figure a good walk from the bus stop closest wouldn't be to out of the question?

Hmmmm? am not sure if Devon has changed the location, but if we are still in Yorkshire I am thinking that we will be a ways in to the country so that we can keep the locals away from prying through our windows

I would sugest you take a taxi or call and we will send a car. If you wait untill our meeting starts I can say that you are waiting at the train ststion or that you called and are on your way:)

Let me know?

He he Devon will pay for the taxi lol:rose:

10 mile walk is easy...that's usually the basic training distance in the Army, with a heavy pack. Her bag won't be anything like that so you could even double that really, but I'll give a call from in town. If you want I'll write it now and you guys can leave it until it's time to answer her call. Just in case I'm not online when you can answer etc. Maybe the car can find her on a country dirt road or something to save her the full walk, lol.

Edit: And then I write something completely different to you in a PM.

Everyone just ignore me.

A taxi would be far too public for transporting our Masters, Students, and clients. We'll send the Academy's official car, the blue Porsche. It is a far ways even from the gate to the manor house, and, save for cashiered soldiers, few should make the march. They are to be trained for pleasure, and, though endurance is in the curriculum and testing, it may be a different form of endurance we seek to instill.

The Academy itself, duly registered as a public school, or privately-funded institution of higher education, if you will, occupies the manor house and outbuildings of the ancient manor of Easingwold, well-secluded from the surrounding manors, farms, and towns by its grounds, ten leagues square in its extent. The grounds themselves include field, forest, and fen, as well as stream and lake, with a large set of formal gardens behind the manor house.

*raises hand*

What is fen?

And what area of land would ten leagues square most likely be?

So the image I get is like a English manor in the countryside...and to save the cars for someone else I'll just hump it. I actually quite like the idea of a good walk, lots of thoughts to be thought on the way. And I look forward to learning the vast range of skills, it sounds wonderful.

10 leagues square would be about 25 square miles.

Have you no fens in AU? Even Boston has a Fen, complete with a baseball stadium - Fenway Park! (just for fun...)

Fen = bog, mire, small moor, swampish place.

And there would be much to see and think on such a walk.

Ah, a marsh...now I understand.

I fell into a bog, all the way up to my waist. Took forever to get out of, and I was covered in pitch black mud and bugs were in my combat boots. Felt totally gross, took me an hour to get my socks and boots dry enough to walk in again.

When I was young we'd strip off our pants to wade in the marsh and collect leeches. You young folk are just too soft!

So I get my blue Porche but it's a company car?
Alright, yes Master.

Hello all!

Just wanted to post a quick hello. Looking forward to playing with you all. I'm working on a backstory for Master Andre and will post it soon.

:rose:

I posted, and corrected a lot of errors just in case anyone read it before I finished the editing.

I hope it's okay and that she is introduced well enough.

And I don't think we have leeches where I live.

An intriguing character, Dormant, I see some wonderful prospects for the Academy in her. And you must have leeches in Australia. Not in the Desert, perhaps, but in Arnhem Land, and along the East and South Coasts for sure.

Halo I have an idea of making Chris the slave you've put in confinement, but what was the offense to have Victoria send him there?

Oh, thank you.
He simply forgot her proper title when addressing her, actually, I think you can come up with the situation better. That's the story, you can embellish as you see fit.

Okay give me a moment to get my creative gears turning and I'll post it up.

Is it alright if I play that scene out via flashback...it may mean me having to write for your character...I know I'll PM you that bit and you can edit/write your character's half of the scene.
