I see it differently. I see a guy who takes cheap shots at people with whom he never engages in actual conversation. He invents stuff about any number of other posters, usually based on some gross misunderstanding of what another, more alert and engaged poster, may have said in the past.

The lesson to be learned here is this: At Lit. as in life, people are too lazy to go figure out the truth. Instead, they read something and, not knowing if it is true or not, presume that "where there's smoke, there's fire."

For half a decade I have been dealing with assholes who never PM me, never comment pro or con in any of my threads, etc. but who take it upon themselves to resurrect bullshit from six or seven years ago. I used to simply ignore it, but then I found that it is better to allow these people to taste some of their own vitriol.

It may not be pretty, but it works.

What else is there to do: I post my picture in public on Hollywood Boulevard, record myself reading one of my stories and one of my poems and publish it here, show my tits and pussy to the point where people have become bored with them (!), and even published two videos on YouTube, mentioning Lit. posters by name, discussing my usual subjects: Hello Kitty, Swine Flu, Mexicans, fast food deals, etc. Same face, same voice, same me.

No, under the new rule, HogJack needs to PROVE by clear and convincing evidence that he is NOT a registered sex offender under an obligation to register every time he moves to a new town.
