Snondoms?

I'm wondering how much the study cost. Had to be a fortune since they were studying something slightly less obvious than "do things get wet when it rains?"

This actually has practical applications. Think stealth military robots . . .

I betcha DARPA funded it.

How snakes really move.

Well, duh! Talk about studying the obvious. Did they think snakes had teeny little wheels or sumpin'? They're fascinating creatures to watch...I had to chase a 5 foot blacksnake out of my garage the other day...and he didn't wanna go either. ;)

"stealth military robots wearing snake condoms..."

Gee thanks VM, for burning that pleasant little thought into my brain!

Do thing REALLY get wet when it rains? I'm sure there is a surprise to be found there!

And now, coming under your door from the dark side . . .

. . . the stealth military robots meet a REALLY pissed off Amy-nator!

and had better slither their little snake condom wearing asses right back under that door or face a future as one of her toys!

Now why would they complain about that? :D

The story is an obvious example of cruelty to snakes. Where is the SPCA???

After they were psychologically tortured, were the snake subjects given counselling? Were they shown how to avoid very low friction surfaces? Were they given recovery time with 'snake charmer music?' Inquiring minds want to know!

That's like tying a dog's legs together and throwing a ball.
