Just in time for my wife's elderly grand-in-laws to move in so we can take care of them instead of letting a nursing home do it.

Been waiting forever for this to get done.

"If we're section 8, then you have to be!"

Maybe I'll try to get sunburnt today or something. Oh wait. I can't. LOL.

I think this is the part where everybody is supposed to be full of envy because he has two properties on his land.
I think we're also supposed to be in in awe, due to him being such a nice person by taking care of his elders.

If so.....Fail.

I hope they find out that he's packing heat before they move their dog in.

All of you all are being assholes about this just because he is confused about to whom he is giving a house.

Lt is to be congratulated. He built a house for some old people and never once complained about contractors, construction crews, building inspectors, or permits, the way other people do when they take on this kind of project.

Not once did he come to us, bragging about what a great deal he got on the U.S made appliances, or the tile, or the shingles.

Not one problem worth bringing to Lit in a whole house. That is amazing.

I'd recommend Chey's spreadsheet, but I don't think there are enough sheet tabs to deal with all the alts and shit he has to keep up with for Lit.
You know, I've written firmware for disc controllers, but could never get comfortable with Excel?

I always left that sort of stuff to the people in accounting.

Smart move. I use it a good bit, but it can be a pain to work with. It's almost worth hiring an accountant for.
