The only thing is, I'm 18. Master is not much older at 19.

Did anyone else around know this early that this is what they wanted? Or are we just strange.

When you have a very sheltered upbringing, marry early (19) and get stuck there for another 23 years, you have no opportunity to experiment.... There was no internet back then either. It's far better to know what you want and need at 18 than to find out 10 or 20 years later and regret the years you missed. You really have nothing to be worried about. We all have to start somewhere, whatever age we are when we do.

Depending on your location, there are some BDSM groups and munches for 18-30s. There's one in London called 'Whippersnappers' but I've never been.

thats awsome. i love seeing others my age in the scene (even though the coolest by far that we have met have been older them Master and i both). id love to go to a club geared towards people my age, but i think Master would get kicked out also, i feel like there would be a lot more *proving yourself* in that set up.

The Whippersnappers group in ATL was 35 and under, I think. But someone of the proper age could get you in as a date. It's been a bit since I read their site, but it is probably a good example.

I've been to plenty of parties where I was the oldest one present, but they weren't organised groups. More just a collection of mildly kinky people, and kink-friendly curious people, getting together for light kinky fun.

I don't know about that but I have seen a number of comments over the years that most munches have older members and that newbies/youngsters can feel outranked, like the fresh meat on display or that they have nothing in common with other members who are at different stages in their lives. I suppose any kind of exclusivity has its pros and cons.
