Weird question/Idea

For the ladies getting breast implants isn't a big deal in society. I am wondering if any guys have done the same thing? Personally I would love to have "real" boobs. I wouldn't want anything massive, maybe just a C cup. I have a set of latex false breasts that I love to wear with a bra and everything. I usually wear a dress shirt and blazer, so I am wondering if getting implants would be noticeable. What would that make me then? A guy with boobs and a cock? TV? Has anyone else had this idea, and if so what were the results. Then again, what does the average person think?

Unless you're fairly heavyset and can play them off as man-boobs, you should probably pass.

Genuine transsexuals already face a lot of discrimination, violence and disrespect for being who they are, and they look like normal women. You're going to attract a lot of unwanted attention parading around as a man with C-cups.
