And who pays for that?
I don't believe there are that many people without health care, despite the fact that I'm not covered. Most businesses now days offer some sort of health care, now whether or not people choose to use it once they have it is up to them. But the fact is that they are covered. Now if they choose not to use it because its not the best out there that's their problem.
Dude, based on what you've said here I want no part of your group health insurance plan.
Your premiums are high because of government interference in healthcare.
I do! Geeze have you EVER taken a course in econ or business management? You think hospitals are going to just give away their product? No, they make up for it by charging more, just like 7-11 does to recoup costs of shoplifiting.
Then why are hospitals going bankrupt? No, hospitals raise the costs for those who have insurance to cover the costs of those who don't.
Then why are hospitals going bankrupt?
Or government mandates?Simple. Because of insurance companies.
The next time you go to Walmart or McDonalds, ask the employees there if they have health insurance.
Then why are hospitals going bankrupt?
Or government mandates?
Is that why it's a target? The health care industry is one of the fastest growing segments of the economy right now.

They have health care.
Typical response from the commander of the flying pig squadron.
When Medicare says to the medical industry that it will pay X for a broken arm, what do you think happens? Doctors who would charge less will adjust their prices upwards and those who would charge more to cover their particular over head will either pad the bill with unnecessary charges to do so, or simply not participate. When an unconcerned middle man is rubber stamping the bill the the important check of the free market relationship between the health care producer and the consumer of that health care is diminished. The opportunity for fraud and abuse is multiplied thus driving prices up, as the history has shown.
I'll be right here, you slack-jawed sloped forehead mouth-breathing knuckle-dragging fringe Right, Hitler-loving America hating race baiting tinfoil hat wearing adulterous gutter dwelling son of a whore.![]()
