FYI – My story, a Non-Consent category entry, finished as follows:

SALES: 30,404
VOTES: 285
SCORE: 4.04

From what I saw approximately 55 votes were swept away during the various sweeps (although this figure could be 10 or 15 higher), which means that 340+ total votes were cast.

Notwithstanding the sweeps the score of the story never varied by more than +or- .02. It started at 4.03 and hit a high of 4.05 and a low of 4.02 (from what I saw).

I’m quite proud of this effort – 340 (or 285) votes is a more than respectable total in the category it was entered in. The score, 4.04, was also very satisfying given the category I wrote in vs. the theme of the contest.

Sales were excellant for this category and should generate quite respectable ROYALTIES.
