I know, right? What a piece of shit gun. a Glock 22 (.40 S&W) in a shoulder rig would have been a much better choice.

It would have been funny if it had gone off in his pants, though.

She did you a favor thenHad to miss the last 7/8ths of Cleopatra, too, dammit.![]()
She did you a favor then![]()
Not exactly. I was fourteen years old and Cleopatra was like a National Geographic issue come to life. Lots of hot-looking slave girls to ogle.![]()
the very best kind!
Exactly. And at that time Liz Taylor looked pretty good to your average 14 year old as well.
Who brings a "black Kel-Tec .380 caliber handgun" to a movie theater in the first place? And wears it clipped to the inside front of his sweatpants like some ridiculous gansta cowboy?
Yeah, that mugshot has South Philly gangsta written all over it.My guess would be that he is a ridiculous gangsta cowboy, honkie division. What? You didn't think there were such? Spend enough time in front of the idiot box watching idiots and you will eventually turn into one!
And his taste in weaponry is pathetic. Anyone want to bet he held it sideways so that he could look cool?
Yeah, that mugshot has South Philly gangsta written all over it.
Yo.
Plaxico Burris? Oh wait. That was a nightclub, in the pants pocket and a self-inflicted wound. Never mind.
Word.
I'm pretty sure that he/she meant "Yo" as in "Yo, Adrianne."
Laughing -
I do believe you're right.
I'm too close to the gansta bit with my little wanna be student hoodlums, I'm afraid.

South Philly was the giveaway, that and the suspect's resemblance to Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero.
Again, I'm grinning like a loon.
Enjoying your posts immensely.

You know what they say, "If you can make a woman laugh, you can make her do anything."
It's a pity it is that you aren't basking in the delightfulness of my wit in person.
A few more giggle-inducing quips, and I'd be rounding third and seriously considering sliding into home... face first.
Not a'tall, not a'tall! The fault was with the faint-hearted lady, not you. Had you been with me, I would have swooned, linked arms with you, laid my head upon your muscled shoulder and sighed, "My hero!"

You're weird.
*sigh* Glocks. Never could stand them. Guess I'm just old fashioned. I'll take a Browning Hi-Power any day.And shoulder rigs are too uncomfortable. Better a concealed carry holster just behind the right hip, beneath the jacket.

I'm a gov't .45 type, myself. The bigger the hole in the end of the barrel, the less likely you are to ever have to pull the trigger. From the front a .22 looks like a .45, a .45 looks like a 12 ga. and a 12 ga. looks like a sewer pipe! Being over-gunned is an oxymoron.
Back in the early nineties, I had a Hi-Power rechambered for .41 AE. A volatile round, but it was manageable with the right barrel, slide, and springs. You basically got the force of a .41 mag with the penetration of a .357. And ten rounds to the clip, to boot.
Not that it was my duty sidearm, of course. I stuck with the 9mm chambering, and used 115-gr. jacketed HPs.
But the .41 AE Browning was an impressive weapon to let off at the range.![]()
Oh well, if you want to impress the guys at the range, especially the ones who think that a 7mm Remington is a Big Game cartridge, come along with me some time when I'm carrying my .450 Rigby Rimless. It's a .416 Rigby necked up to .458. When I open the ammo box, the guys on both sides step back and away. And when it goes off . . .

More of a small-arms guy, you know.
But I did once have the opportunity to have a little fun with a Barret .50.
You ain't seen nothing until you've seen SLAP and HEAP rounds in action.
Might as well be firing artillery.![]()
I have. Impressive, indeed. But the .450 is a lot easier to carry!![]()
They've actually slimmed it down to a more manageable 13 pounds now, unlike the 35 it used to be.
Still . . . it's a young man's overcompensative (is that a word?) weapon.
