The weather was nice today. Yesterday is was really cold. My sister and I went to church with our cousins and the furnace decided not act up.

I don't go out when it's slippery. It's not like I'm 10 years old again and enjoy 'skating' on the icy patches.

It is still snowing here and so I'm staying in. At least we aren't getting the 12 inches they originally said we would. We are down to 6-8. Those to the north of me are getting the worst of it.

I think it's challenging living anywhere anymore.............My stepson was telling me that they have a bear that likes to roam around in their front yard...I don't think I could deal with all that lol

thanks! i love being a midwesterner... lived outside of the midwest for 4 years... couldn't wait to come home!
