The editor's forum might be the place to start looking.

is it still just about always dead and completely devoid of any real activity? yeah? no, i'll ask here where people occasionally post and where i've actually found editors in the past. thanks for the advice though.

There have been some changes. They're trying to keep it updated, and there's a sticky thread at the top of the forum, month by month, listing available editors.

You may be able to find some help.

*shrug*

I've always found an editor over there when I needed one. It's quiet, true, and you won't always find someone, but there's a decent chance that you might. And there isn't a rule saying that you can' post a request here and there, is there?

I've always found work there. ;)

i still want to know what happened to the other sarah, btw. yes, i have a very long memory. openthighssarah(i think that's how it was spelled) had one of the best lesbian incest stories i've read. i miss it.

Yes!

I miss her. She lived on the east coast, there was something about family illness, something - she quietly dropped from sight.

i've seen some of her stuff scattered about on asstr connected sites, but i don't know if they were actually her or just some poseur stealing her stuff.

I wish I knew.

Even her email address doesn't work.

shitty, but doesn't mean anything. she may have just been off the net for a while. i lost a couple yahoo accounts back in the day before they upped the limit because they filled up and i didn't do anything about it when i lacked internet access.

still, she was good.

on what? i really do need an editor. if you don't believe me look up the young sisters stories under this name. they are all unedited and i can't even look at them. they're too painful.

so pretty please with sugar on top.

ooohh! it's also my homepage! i forgot i had my homepage set for my ftp site on asstr. i need sleep.

hey, it's the gb. you're supposed to be surly down there.
Oh, yes, I know. It was repeated on almost every page of the rules, regulations and important by-laws section of the manual I was forced to memorize before I posted there. It mentions your name quite frequently. You should be proud.

Don't really see the problem in taking a break to make money. We can all use a bit more of that...well, most of us anyway. At least he told you instead of leaving you hanging. You find all people who persue making money jerks?

Just curious on that last question.

Really? Hadn't noticed.

Yeah, but in case you hadn't noticed, this isn't the GB. While I can appreciate your frustration in the matter, you might have better luck if you were a bit more....shall we say....pleasant. This is the AH, we're a lot more laid back here and don't take well to attitudes. And I imagine if you stormed into the Editor's Forum with this same attitude, you'd be met with...well either a hell of a lot of attitude back or no response at all.
