The sex of the baby, of course!

:cattail:

We had an ultrasound today, and we definitely saw the gender. In fact, I was the one who saw it. Pretty unmistakable.

It's a....

BOY!

I thought for sure we were having a girl. My pattern so far has been girl, boy, girl, boy... so I was in line for a girl. And we both wanted a boy, so that, of course, meant it would be a girl...

Now to go break my 7 year old daughter's heart and tell her it's not a sister...

*sigh*

But I'm SO GLAD I'm having an Aries boy and not having an Aries girl! (No offense you Aries girls, but girls are hard enough to raise without all the extra Aries energy during puberty! :D )

Oh, and I have to go back in ten days, because I'm 18w2d and they couldn't see as much as they wanted and baby was being VERY obstinate about position (he was breech and comfy and not moving thankyouverymuch!)

So more pictures and a video next time!

Congrats beautiful...:kiss::rose:

I bet that boy part was just a smudge on the film they used.

Or maybe a thread on the pickup.

;)

Oh it was definitely boy parts.

The tech asked if we wanted to know the sex, and I said yes. She said the baby's legs were crossed, she wasn't sure she'd be able to see...

And all of a sudden, he flashed us! In fact, *I* was the one who gasped and said, "Oh my god, it's a boy!" :D

She laughed and said, "Yep, it sure is!"

Well congrats anyway.

Actually the part you have the little hand pointing at looks like the nose on an old mans face in the picture. Just saying. :D

Yes, that's Aries boy behavior, all right.

I am very, very pleased that the baby is looking good! Congratulations and felicitations!

John <---Aries with fire trine (how it is that I survived to adulthood, I shall never know....)

Since I have 3 girls, that was a pic I never saw before :D
Congratulations, may he be healthy.

Congrats from another Aries gal ;)

There are lots of you around here! ;)

We were actually shooting for an Aquarian but missed by a few months...

Aries should be interesting for sure... I've already got a Leo and a Scorpio boy... my girls are Gemini and Libra...

All being raised by two Aquarians! :D

Hubby and I are both Aries. It means we understand each other very well, but things can get a little intense sometimes.
It'll be interesting to see what star sign kids we get and whether that makes any difference. If my sister is a true example of a Sagittarius, however, I hope I don;t get one of those - I don;t know how my parents do it sometimes!

Oooh... same here. An Aries marriage can get very intense, both positively and negatively.

We have Pisces girl, Libra boy, Libra girl, and the little man is Aquarius.

You're married to an Aries too? I reckon it's because not many of the other star signs are strong enough to balance us. Only a Taurus man has ever been able to be strong enough for me, the way hubby is.
