I don't know if this walking up to the audience thing is working for McCain. With his stiffness, it looks kind of forced warmth

Obama had a much better answer for the guy about "What's in the bailout for pepole who are hurting?" Spoke directly at the beginning and end of his answer about the importance of the bailout to businesses and employers.

hmm... so far, McCain has said "I know how to do that" at least 5 times, but doesn't say anything. He says, we need to fix something, and then says he knows how to do it, but doesn't inspire much confidence that he understands the issue.

Obama is much clearer in his answers so far.

Somehow, McCain telling about serving on a nuclear ship just makes me think there are other reasons maybe that he shuffles around and gesticulates like a rock'em sock'em robot...

He reminds me of a pastor gently rebuking his congregation and warning them about what horrible things await them if they do not heed his advice.
