-So what will you be for Halloween?

-What are your favourite memories of Halloween from your youth?
-What do you look forward to most this time each year?

I don't know what to be for Halloween this year! Usually I concoct some idea out of clothes and whatnot I already have, but I don't have my entire wordrobe with me at school, and so am at a loss. I didn't really do anything last year, either I love Halloween so much and I hate not knowing what to do. I used to have my costume idea for next Halloween set in my head every year the day after Halloween!

I'd be willing to buy a costume, but no good costumes are within my students budget, so I'm at a loss.

No matter what I end up doing for a costume, I'll be going to a party that this guy I've been seeing is throwing.

i usually end up doing nothing for halloween, except hand out candy to kids. which is coming to an end because we have almost no kids stopping by in our neighborhood. it's a small community. all the parents take their kids to the larger towns nearby for treats.
i've never been to a halloween party. things just never worked out to have one or go to one. besides i don't want to play host to everyone when my wife ends up sitting in a corner by herself reading a book. she's not the "party" social type. her type of get together is almost on the level of old women sitting around discussing books and drinking spiked coffee or something of the such.
and i never can get a costume together. what i want to dress as always turns out to be too fucking expensive, or i just can't find anything around the house to pull it off. maybe it is because i am a character already.
this year more than likely i'll be working. my employer owns two places of "entertainment". one is boring as hell, where i work at, stuart's hotdawgs. it is near a small town with little to no money in it at all. i don't know how he keeps the place open.
the other place he owns, the clover club, near white sulpher springs, big place. wish i could work there halloween night. suppose to be lingerie models walking the place during that night.
my halloweens get more boring every year.
my favorite halloween memory was when i was about 14 or so, and i and a friend were out walking after egging the hell out of the cops that were driving around, we saw the full moon rising and it was huge in the sky. yellowish color. freaked us out a bit. but it was cool.

As for myself, I'll be the mostly charming guy handing your kids a 900-calorie piece of manufactured re-processed high-fructose corn syrup whilst wearing his Nixon mask.

Were I to have the pleasure of attending a kinky or even adults-only Halloween party, I'd do as follows: wear a set of farmer's overalls and affix a toy sheep to the front of the overalls just at the height of the fly. With the sheep's head forward and bent slightly downward, of course.

I bought some really cute ear wings from the same crafter to wear while walking around with the kiddo. Mine are metal with black plaid accents, more a punk fairy. lol

Wow .. wish I saw that site last month ... I already got my costume ... going as a sexy witch! (some that I could play up at night, but I could still be around children in the day)

We don't celebrate it here in Denmark, even though the retail shops are promoting it heavy, so I won't dress up

I've been hired for some related events but have no plans for Halloween itself. I could make something happen but this year, I think a night at home would be best.

My fav memory would probably be the year my grandparent's let me actually go trick or treating (it was against my parent's religion, they'd allow me to collect money for charity though sans costume) and I got to go with a whole bunch of kids.

As for me, I am going to dress as American McGee's Alice. I am currently looking for a seamtress to construct the costume, hopefully it will turn out.

I 'think' my friend Mike is gonna dress as the Mad Hatter 'gone goth/BDSM. I'll post renderings of the characters as soon as my computer is back up.

I am so excited about this year; I am hoping to have a few parties here and attend some others. The best part of Halloween foe me is the scary movies and haunted houses. I love the humiliation factor of being scared. It is wonderful.

There's really nowhere to go here, so I'll just be me and hand out candy to the kiddies. Since we can get hit with 500-600 kids in the course of an evening, I'm going to talk to my neighbors in my apartment and see if we can all pitch in. The Exotic Erotic Ball in San Francisco is always around Halloween, this year it's on the 25th. We usually go, as a semi-nude pleasure slave and her owner, since that is generally appreciated, and requires no special preparation. Haven't decided about this year, though. It's kind of expensive, and kind of tame.

My little one I will take trick or treating and she also has a halloween party to attend. Then hubby and I will curl up and watch some scary movies and eat appetizers and candy.

My first scary movie with my mom and my friends and her friends...we went and saw Halloween, I was like nine. Also, a sleepover with friends as a teen, her parents where gone and we invited boys over...went and saw NMOES...played quarters, etc...great night I will leave it at that.

-What do you look forward to most this time each year?

Autumn is my fave season, the color of the leaves, the crispness in the air, the routine and cooking really homey meals for my family (grill a lot during the summer and lots of salads and cooler foods) Fireplaces lit, good cuddling weather, the holidays and parties... I really could go on and on, I love fall.

I know it's utterly boring, but it's what they had at the costume shop that was affordable and plus-size. I fucking HATE how few plus-size costumes there are. I could have bought one online but that would have been even more expensive. Sometimes I can do my own costumes, but pre-made and then accessorizing is easier. I need to buy a pair of red plus-size fishnets, at the costume shop they were out of plus-size. I bought the regular size but then I saw they are for women 90-160 lbs HA! I am going to go to the thrift store and look for red shoes, too.

Unfortunately it looks like CRAP out of the bag and on my head. Some serious styling is in order. It's fun to have short hair though, my hair is really long, and the wig was an extra $15 but I wanted to have a little fun.

Halloween kind of annoys me. Not totally sure why. I have been known to pull out the kilt and poofy shirt on occassions when I get invited to a party at a friend's place. It's not much of a costume, but I'm not much for halloween.

I've not heard of any parties this year (not surprising, as I am way out of the loop), so I will probably take the kids to the mall for some very tame (and annoying) trick-or-treating.

Halloween is not a big thing over here in England, and it's become just another money making scheme. However, I will be reading some scary stories, watching some scary movies. There is a halloween ball type thing at work, but I'm not sure I'm going to go.

I loved Halloween when I was in the US. I went to Target (I MISS Target!) stocked up on all the decorations, brought a halloween wreath for the door, went trick or treating with my then partner's neices and nephews, came home and watched scary movies till the witching hour.
