Since the consensus is that I'm one of the most trolled members by alts - and also that I know how to get under their skin - I'd offer up some insight re: what I've learned about GB troll alts over the years I've been here. This, I think, is a good primer for the newbie who's happened upon the Literotica GB.
Alts are created by many members, but GB troll alts are created by a select few parents (a member who makes multiple alts) who are intent on spamming/flaming the forum because of a beef they have. Many times, a majority of members already have these troll alts on Ignore. That leaves you, uninitiated newbie, to fend for yourself. Don't worry, though - they can be annoying, but they're harmless.
GB troll alts OFTEN post in a similar style to their parent, and RARELY are able to fake the posting style of another member for an appreciable amount of time. If you are here long enough, spotting them becomes easier. Remember that most troll alts are made by only a small number of parents. Also, although post count has nothing to do with the "worthiness" of a GB member, troll alts usually have low post counts (under 1000), and are sometimes brought in and out of "retirement" - that is, long periods without posts.
But, most importantly, if you feel that you've spotted a troll alt, research them. That means searching and reading through some older posts of theirs. This is an invaluable way to get the "full story" as to what they're up to. Do not be swayed by their comments, or even by comments of folks like myself. But do keep in mind that, if you become involved with someone perceived by the majority to be a troll alt, you might be called to task AFA whether or not you looked into their background previously. Silly, perhaps. But, such is forum life.
Some things to look for. These are fairly universal traits of the troll alt, and typically happen within the first 100-150 posts:
These are less absolute:
These are somewhat rare:
Always question, always investigate, and have fun. I invite seasoned members to add their observations re: GB troll alts. Cheers!

Some things to look for. These are fairly universal traits of the troll alt, and typically happen within the first 100-150 posts:
- They frequently mention their favorite subject: alts
- They insult members whom they supposedly aren't familiar with
- They accuse members of alt creation
- They contribute to the threads of their parent and/or other alts
- They exhibit noticeable excitement if they perceive someone agrees with them
These are less absolute:
- They tend to (but not always) have or pretend to have conservative viewpoints
- They tend to (but not always) use homophobic / racist slurs or screen names
These are somewhat rare:
- They sometimes use part/whole of their target's screen name as their own
- They sometimes admit that they're an alt
