It wasn't the Michelin restaurant... and you do the maths... £5.5K x 52 Friday nights... then add Saturday night and the rest of the week to the equation...

I am lame, but I'm not dumb. That is O.K. for a corner coffee shop that is only open six hours a day. It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but nothing to brag about.
The biggest steakhouse in my town does six mil US a year. THAT is busy.
