I was just listening to him talk live about the economy and unlike when McCain rambles off one-liners and crowd-appeasing empty words, Barack actually thinks about his answers and gives a well thought out, intelligently insightful and sincere answer. You can't fake that.

The public, televised debates this election year are gonna be good.

Are there any set dates for these yet?

Not to mention McCain steals his ideas and pretends they are his own.

That's so sleazy.

Next Friday, I think. I am just so glad to hear Obama talking about the issuses and not the stupid rebuttals because of McCain's 'Days of Our Lives' drama and lies.

Unfortunately, Americans are dumb. Sound bites and good ol boys seem to trump intelligent, well thought out in your system.

Can you name some of the ideas? :D :D :D

Yesterday, McCain's economy briefing was taken from Obama's economic advisor. McCain seems to end up 'agreeing' with Obama and Co. and repeating his ideas but without sharing with his audience that he got the idea from Obama.

No, Obama's ideas. What were they?

I think the debates will highlight the fact that McCain is dottering and confused and Palin is strident and ignorant. Sarcasm and pre-written one liners in the face of intelligant, knowledgable, and thoughfully expressed solutions to our current situations will be obvious who actually belongs in the Whitehouse.

Obama will need the questions ahead of time so he can read "his" answer his speechwriter wrote for him on the teleprompter.

what?! what?! huh?! more propaganda from semen4her?! what the?!

"McCain's willingness to make speeches that have nothing to do with his actual beliefs is not matched by an ability to give them."

- Gail Collins, from "The McCain of the Week," The New York Times Thursday, September 18, 2008 op-ed page

I think the debates are going to be like a train wreck with the Republican Party going off the rails. Sarah Palin will start crying. John McCain will have a temper tantrum. :D:D:D

Excellent summation.

What is about Obama that you like? Why are you so passionate about him? What issues do you agree with?

Not to mention McCain steals his ideas and pretends they are his own.

That's so sleazy.

Do you sit up all night and think of these silly things?

Please provide links of what ideas he steals. Please no more satire or bogus blog links.

I think you are right and I fear it will be his downfall. He's not playing the "campaign game" and I repect him for that and obviously so do you. The problem is that won't "play in Peoria" as they used to say. The american public as a whole want the simple, smoke up thier ass "I'm gonna make you rich and keep you safe" speech. I truley hope Obama can pull it off, but I fear he can't. The Republicans are the best in the world at campaigning and winning elections. Thier concern isn't for the people or really what happens after they are sworn in as much as it is on winning.

Michelle Obama just said not to vote for someone just because you like them. ;)

They cringe everytime Michelle Obama leaves her box. Trust me, they've hidden her well over the last few months. She alone could sink Bayrocks bid for the presidency.

he is probably one of the smartest candidates this century...only problem...stupid people fear intelligence.
