hubby has the Oingo Boingo CD and I thought he had it on again last night... turns out he was watching "Back to School" with Rodney Dangerfield on TV... I just can't get away from that damn song... "Dead Man's Party" drives me freakin' insane!!! :mad:
 
A few nights ago I had the Starship song, "We Built This City", stuck in my head. I wanted to shove an ice pick in my ear. :mad:
 
Actually by Robert Haimer and Bill Mumy -- yes, Will Robinson from Lost in Space.

The video to Fish Heads and virtually everything else Dr. Demento was a staple on Turkey T.V. back in the 80s. Also my first exposure to Monty Python. Ahhh... sweet memories. Had the ultimate line-up there for a while.

Night Court, SCTV and classic first few seasons SNL on HA! ( now Comedy Central ) , Turkey T.V. ( on Nick at Night before it was Nick at Night ), and then Carson.

You think having a song stuck in your head is bad, try having the voices in your head singing the theme to Gilligan's Island in a round in your head for a couple of days.

Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale sit right back and you'll hear a tale right back and you'll hear a tale... *twang*

I'm feeling much better now.

On The Simpsons, Homer was trying ot think unsexy thoughts, and pictured Barny in a bikini singing the theme from I Dream of Jeannie. That gets stuck in my head at least five times a week.

Right now, I've got the Python "Finland" song competing with the men's opening chorus in "Cavelleria Rusticana." (Wonder why my part won't get stuck instead of the guy's???)
 
I've got "Let's Get Loud" which is really sad, but at least I can't remember the words.

It's competing with "I Like Chinese"...there's a definite Python theme going on in this thread.
