Me and my girlfriend use a lot of big toys and practise alot of fisting, until now my partner have been capable to get 2.8 inch(7 cm) diamter dildo and my whole hand. But we also have an 3.9 inch(10 cm) diamter dildo wich would be nice to get in the vagina and maybe two hands.

Is there any movement that you can do with hand/toy that is good if you want to stretch the vagina and the vagina opening more? The thing that often settle how big things you could get in the vagina is the opening of the vagina, because inside of the vagina there is a bigger space. So are there any good movement to do to stretch the opening with the hands? I prefered for doing it with my hands, but if there are any tool that is good to use, just recomend them.

Only serious replys please

NOTE: Fisting wont make your vagina loose, it strengthen the vaginas muscles, wich will make your vagina tighter and will let you grip a penis easier. Wich results in that you will feel much more with your penis in the vagina. Also your orgasms will be stronger because the muscles get training.

No clue.

My husband tells me the pelvic bone prevents his hand from getting in there.

Yet, I did have a child vaginally.

Hmm.

have a baby.

Ouch.

I know a girl who had a baby who's head was 13 and 5/8ths inches around,

Have a organic baby...

And btw, ouch.

New at big vagina land  and on sale today Organic Babies only 60% more! Marked down from 120% more!

LMAO!

:rose:

Sorry I couldn't help myself.

Can't help you either. Two spawn, two surgical deliveries. The first wouldn't pass vaginally...

I would think tho.. you could just keep doing what you are doing. Once you get your first hand in there, start adding one finger at a time from the other.

My girl was big to me too. (NOT organic, give me DRUGS! Though I quit all refined sugar, drugs of any kind and caffeine, only had one soda a week three months before I started trying to conceive and stayed that way all through the pregnancy. Until I was having braxton hicks contractions and had a choice between drinks I liked and paragoric. Yuck!)

I thought she would be small cause everyone has always gone on about how skinny and small I am. (Which I don't agree with mind you.)

Then I saw a picture of me as the Michelin baby. LMAO! (As a toddler I was chubby looking, by three people were worried about my lack of weight though.)

Second child was strangling on his umbilical cord and had to cut out. Thank GOD for medical technology!

Organic meaning the pregnant woman eats only organic fruits/veggies and Meats/Milks...

I am a big fan of organic living...

And a tough sell on vaginal gapes.

Not sure if it would help you in what you are trying to achieve, but one thing which was strongly recommended and did actually seem to help with natural childbirth was throughout the pregnancy, massaging the whole area (ie. the vaginal opening and surrounding areas) a minimum of 2 times a day with pure lanolin (aka wool fat). It helps the skin to become softer and more stretchy and pliable when needed. Might be worth a go. Oh also, don't get sucked into buying expensive chemical alternatives as they are much more expensive, chemically based as opposed to natural substance, and are not as effective.

Before you go out and buy the lanolin... make sure she doesn't have an allergy to it!!!! I used a lanolin based ointment when I nursed my first... and I couldn't stop scratching!!! Burned, itched, hurt.

Just because babies come out, doesn't mean women are designed for large objects to go in. Babies bones are relatively soft compared to a grown man's arms. Also a woman's body esp her hips adjust for delivery, and if they don't they do a c-section. There are also many pregnancy complications from delivery a couple of them are torn pelvic floor muscles and direct damage to the bladder, neither of which heal themselves all the time as well as faecal and urinary incontinence from muscle and nerve injury. According to some studies 50% of women who have given birth have some form of incontinence by age 40!

I would be if I could afford to buy organic.

Not into gapes either.

Yeah I had some things after giving birth where I'd sneeze violently or whatever and pee a little. That's when I started working the kegals.

kegels only work if you can send the nerve messages to the pelvic floor muscle to do them, unfortunately they do nothing for nerve damage.

Was it the lanolin base, or something else included which caused the problem? Is one reason why I stressed not getting anything other than the pure lanolin as I have heard of people having reactions to substitutes which included other ingredients but with a lanolin base. When I was having my children it was dirt cheap to buy the pure lanolin from the pharmacy while 'enhanced' products cost much much more but sold on the hype they were specially made for expectant and nursing mothers.

Yep, and age can do mysterious things to bodies regardless of a lifetime of kegels. I have known many women who have had the sneeze/cough leak happen once they have gotten up in years and usually passed through menopause. It is unfortunate our bodies begin to deteriorate, but it is life. Interestingly enough, some of those who have had the leak problem have not had problems with tightness.

I am a pharmacist. More people are allergic to lanolin than to synthetic ointment bases. We don't use lanolin on our maternity floors for this reason. Lanolin for cracked and sore nipples used to be standard practice, but not any more (at least in the hospitals I have works for the last 8 yrs or so in the US )

I thought the pelvic bone dislocated itself during birth to make room....actually it might be the ligiments stretching.

*kidna unrelated*

No, it just widens. The muscles relax.

And lanolin never did anything for my nipples.

Weird, though everything has people who have allergies to them. I found it fantastic for nipples.

As Noor mentions, there is no correlation between giving birth and fisting. The body changes during pregnancy: bones are not arranged the way they usually are. The pelvis is wider, and that is how enormous babies can fit through. The pelvic bone is still what prevents successful fisting, even when a woman has given birth, simply because the bone literally isn't in the same place at those different times.

Childbirth will not make a woman more physically capable of being fisted. Childbirth doesn't permanently change vaginal anatomy unless there is a tear or episiotomy, and even that gets sewn up and goes back to normal. Childbirth doesn't make a vagina stretchy, it just doesn't work that way. Yes, it stretches during childbirth, but it doesn't make it more stretchy. So having kids is not a way to increase stretchiness to allow for additional insertion.

But to answer the question, GEL has it right. Just keep adding stuff. It's the same as somebody getting just one fist for the first time. Take it slow, use lube, and listen to your partner. There are no special tools or exercises that will make a woman able to take two hands or other large insertions. It just takes time, patience, and practice. As with single fisting, the answer is just to take it slow, go a little further each time, stop if she says stop, and don't get wrapped around the axle if it doesn't work today. Try again another day, and again until you get what you're looking for.

For the OP: No, fisting does not exercise the muscles. It stretches them, but that's not exercising them. Kegel exercises are what exercise the vaginal muscles. Trust me, I get a hand stuck up my coochie pretty often (and have for years now), and my muscles aren't any stronger than they ever were. My grip is about the same. It is flexing that makes the muscles, and the grip, stronger.

Oh, and regarding incontinence - my 25-year-old sister-in-law was such a big baby that my mother in law hasn't been the same since, if you know what I mean!

my girlfriend and i also enjoy big toys and just last week were able to get my fist in to the wrist. The thing i found that worked best was inserting 2 or 3 fingers and having her arch her back and put pressure on the bottom side of her pussy as i pushed against her motions. Don't try to rush things or she'll hurt herself, trying to put the same amount in her routinely rather than more each time helped whether it was with fingers or dildos. Using a big dildo and then my cock in addition to it seemed to help too, as your cock will compress more than a dildo. We've gone from having to use lube the first few times to her taking my 9" and a dildo 2x as thick as me and loving it.

happy stretching, and i totally agree with the more muscle control and better orgasms for her since we started this. Last week after fisting her i had to get a towel to soak up the puddle she squirted out.

Just to clarify, since there may be continuing confusion: KEGELS are what improve muscle control, not fisting. A guy might never know his lady is doing kegels, because he can't see them and she might not tell him. Heck, I did them all the time as a kid without even knowing, so it's even possible that she doesn't even know she's doing them. (Yes, I was a VERY hyper child...VERY hyper.)
