What I Really Hate

You know those stories such as Ultimate Fanfiction and the like?

What really pisses me off is when there are say, three thread options, and some douchebag uses up the fourth. To me that's like flipping everyone else off. There's no way for anybody else to create their own thread.

Also, I hate it when there are people who don't know how to write, and their posts are full of grammar problems, horrible spelling, and so on.

Or if it's truly horrible, convince the author to report it as a bad thread ("I never should have approved this!") and have the site maintainers deep-six it in favor of yours.

I was reading some kind of story last night, & on the map, the same writer (forget the name) had filled-in every left-over option spot with "next", "cntinue", or something like that.

Some of those threads were filled (when I clicked on them) with crap like, "You're f--ed now; better go back."

I hate assholes like that who first of all can't even write clearly, and second of all they just like being complete shit heads.

He's made some threads on that tv/movie interactive thing. Thank god I'm there to edit his posts. He sucks at writing, and also, he copied one of my threads in the afore-mentioned story into "Ultimate Fanfiction." I hate trolls.

It sucks that the website is completely ignored by the admins.

It's set to when one of the threads gets approved. It wasn't my story.

I honestly think that the moderations for stories should be like on Lit, where you have to, first of all, type coherently.

I noticed that a whole bunch of the stories on Chyoo are like that. What I really hate are people who make a thread that's very poorly written in a story full of well-written threads, and the editor guy just approves it.

Also, I hate people who write like this:

Your walking along the street looking for a Y.W.C.A. or a backpackers. Some where you can stay for the night cheap. When you see a sign saying dances wanted apply within. You don't even see the rest of theshop front. Your mind is on food and money.
You go straight in. Once in side you look around and discover that you are in a strip tease place. Your about to turn around and leave.
When a man blockes your path. He looks you up and down. Smiles and asks "Can you dance?"
You have had five years of dance leasons so you just knod.
He looks at you and takes you to the back room and shows you a wardrobe full of costumes. He said "Take your pick change and go through the door over there and show me what you can do."
You grab a sailor outfit. You then look around for some where to change.
You can't see any where so you do it in the middle of the corridor.
You don't look around until your finished. But when you do you notice several people watching you. Two guys and three women.
You go through the door and find yourself on stage. The bright lights blind you for a moment, but then you see there is only four people in the audiance. Three men and a woman.

First of all, the story is in third person.

Also, I'd really love a story that doesn't TELL me who I am, where maybe I can design my own character for the story, instead of being forced to be a 6'2" blonde muscular douchebag.

$ajin is a HORRENDOUS writer. Probably the worst I've ever read on chyoo...and there have been some bad ones. I blocked him/her a long time ago, and is the only one that I've blocked so far.

The same thing would happen to Literotica if we didn't have standards for story approval. It seems like any half-ass poorly written thread or story gets approved.

Not in my stories. If it has my name on it expect good conversations and at least 100 to 200 words in the post, and perhaps a new aspect to a character, I like expanding characters.

And there are some writers in Chyoo that are very good. Zingiber, Imhotep (get over your writer's block dang it!) Torg. Lilguy has great ideas...wish he would spell check some more.

So you can't really lump all into $ajin's category...if you do I challenge you to a duel *grabs white glove and poises to slap*

There are good writers on there. I noticed that the crappy writers seem to follow the same pattern:

They use horrible grammar and spelling, they don't join the forum, they don't usually send or respond to personal messages. I think $ajin is some 13 year old.

Hmmm. Not too sure antagonizing posters in their own story is such a great idea. On the other hand, anyone conceited enough to include themselves as a character in their own story probably deserves what they get. I don't actually mind lilguy's contributions on the Create a Wrester story that much; I think he has a few decent ideas. Could probably work on the spelling and grammar, and describe the scene a bit more. But there's people out there spouting far worse dreck than this.

Another thing that gets on my already frayed nerves is posters who have a single obsession and introduce it into every one of their threads. Say the obsession was bitchslapping- the type of singleminded bore I'm talking about would sign up as bitchslapboy and every single thread they wrote would center around slapping people in some way.

Do you know what I really hate? Authors who have created dozens of stories, but none of them have more the 20 threads in them. Usually less then 5 or 10. Why do they keep making new stories and NEVER fleshing out the ones that they already have?
