I on the other hand represent the kind of person who can get along with people on forums where miscreant behavior is dealt with evenly and severely.

I've noticed that the more people I put on ignore, the more curious I eventually get about what they're saying and I take them off because it's less distracting.

If it's more distracting (say, spamming ugly pictures that have nothing to do with the topic) than it's worth, on they go.

Otherwise I rely mostly on mental ignore to do my filtering.

Well, if you want to go back, explain how you think I'm not really female, my husband is a made up alt, you hold a year-long grudge on the basis of your interpretation of a theoretical discussion of a social concept you took personally, and you think faking your death is funny, I'm up for it. I remember that ripple. But when I saw it (no guarantee that's when it first hit the AH of course, my timezone is apart), it was pretty clear the AH didn't give a flying fuck about it, no matter how often you bumped it with your preposterous allegations.
