That's correct for the basic fried bologna sandwich.
Here's the advanced version: Put it on toast and then drop on a slice of American cheese or add the cheese to the fried bologna in the bread and prep it like a grilled cheese sammich.
Chardonnay works well but any soft wine will do.
I must be a basic kind of woman.
I've never had your version but it sounds pretty delish. American cheese, right? Not a sliver of Velveeta?
