Well, aside from the previously mentioned things....
Forgetting. I'm going through a thing right now where I have memory loss and brain fog due to an illness and it's maddening. I can remember things that happened years ago, but I can't remember if I took my medication or if I need to be somewhere. It makes me angry because I know people must think I'm a total flake. I'm only 34. I can't imagine what it must be like for people who have alzheimers disease and forget everything. It's terrifying.
I've had that for years. Partially it's in my DNA, but much of it has to do with the brain cells I've killed because of my sleep apnea. I doubt I'll get much of it back, and I too fear it just getting worse as I get older. I've had hundreds of nightmares about forgetting I was taking care of my daughter and losing her somewhere. I can't even go back to sleep after I wake up from one of them....they're just too intense.
It's a tie between this, http://wwtdd.com/post.phtml?pk=6911, and coming to the door to meet my blind date and instead finding a well-dressed older man who says, "Hi, I'm Chris Hanson....."
it's pathetic, but daddy-long-legs. totally phobic about them
Fear itself. African or European? No, wait -- Blue. AAAAAGGGGHHHH!
Actually, I read somewhere that their venom is the most toxic ever discovered. But their mouths are so small they can't harm you.
I don't actually know if it's true, but this is the internet. So it's not like you guys care, right?

Clowns
I suppose senile dementia/Alzheimer's is what I fear most having observed some signs of it in my father and father-in-law in their 90s.
What was worst for both of them was that they had short periods of complete lucidity when they knew how much they had lost.
Og
I hate bugs but I love Redon.
If bugs looked like his bugs I wouldn't want to squash them all the time. Or maybe I still would, except I'd like a nice, long conversation with them first.
