Honestly if I were in San Fran, I'd be all about the sour dough and chocolate right now. LOL!

I did find several leather dresses at North Beach Leather there but that was a long time ago. I'm pretty sure they've closed.

Ooh! I also found some great blue topaz, emerald cut, stud earrings there. They made a great gift for someone.

The time is getting close for me to pack up my house and move out of this backward town and head west. I'll be living about an hour from San Fran and am so excited.

I plan on doing a whole bunch of "me stuff" and am looking forward to some fetish shopping in the area.

Does anybody have any suggestions? A particular area of town I should go to? Any particular stores? Any contacts with people who make custom leather items (really want a flogger of my own)? It doesn't necessarily have to be all fetish, perhaps you have some ideas on where I can shop for some Indie / avant guard stuff.......

I know about the Ren Fair there in August & will hopefully have a friend or 2 join me for that... any advice?

ETA: I will be hooking up with the local munch group for some local pointers also.

See if you like Good Live Grocery in Bernal Heights for food items and Noe Valley is a lovely little neighborhood area.
