I do. Usually try to find something quiet in an appropriate mood. That way I can switch between two things without actually losing my place. I assume it's the result of a low attention span.

I don't watch porn while I write. I don't think that would be possible, since the screen won't show won't show what I am writing if there is a movie running on it. What I do is to watch film clips before I start writing. I find it inspirs me, and I have efen gotten ideas from the films.

I have the attention span of a gnat. While I write I often watch TV, or listen to the radio, or even SING to the radio. Often I play games while I write. If I just SIT in a quiet room and try to write, I go INSANE.

But never porn. porn is stupid and boring as hell. Mostly because it's fake and quite frankly makes me uncomfortable. The sheer fakeness of it, I can't watch it on it's own, let alone while writing. If anything, it turns me off to sex in general.

If someone ELSE watches it, that's their problem. I'm not going to stop someone from watching it, just don't make ME watch it.

I very rarely watch porn. Most of it makes me feel ugly and depressed and some of it, especially lesbian porn is so obviously 'gay for pay' it's laughable.
