lol good question. to me it amounts to the time leading up to the sex... how he acts, is there any real attraction (beyond the alcohol, of course! LOL!) I'm not some stupid romantic guppy, but if he's just a TOTAL ass, no way. If he works for it, it's all his!

For me.. 1) attractiveness (doesn't necessarily equal amazingly good looks). 2) good self-esteem but not a total douceh. 3) understands what he's getting into, that means, one night stand is one night stand and it doesn't mean I'm his gf. 4) honesty .. to not try to promise me the world if all he wants is sex and he knows all I want is sex.
