What's with the Index?

My submissions page is fine, but when I come to the index, which is available to everybody, most of the items are not listed. If it is to be broken down into pages, that would be fine, but there is no way to go from Page 1 to Page 2. Do other people have this same situation?

How many item should be listed? It went from A to Z for me, then came the poems????

There have been a lot of issues lately with pages loading slowly, partially, not at all, links not functioning, etc.

They're all temporary, usually lasting a few hours at most, and are probably related to database/code modifications going on behind the scenes. With a site this big, encompassing all time zones with high traffic, it's inevitable that we'll experience outages and glitches any time there's work going on with the site.

Mine is alright now too. It went to the G's only, and didn't include any poems. I thought everything else might have been deleted somehow.
