well it is now time, for me to become totally independent once again.....I need to program myself all over again, on how to make sure that I can do or get done everything that needs to be done once again.....I need to stop letting people talk me into lettig them help, and then it be thrown back in my face in the long run............but it is ok, I am a survivor, I have made it all the years that are behind me, and I will survive at least that many more.........

you're cruel....LOL... my cravings have been for cookies and soda....and the other day I wanted a big piece of cheesecake...but mostly I dont notice it. Just lay off the partially hydrogenated veggie oils and high fructose corn syrup and it's amazing how easy it is to lose weight. At least I can still drink beer and wine.
