Logically speaking, the link between circumcision and development of penis cancer could be attributed to the fact that the foreskin can be a breeding ground for HPV (available mucous membranes and the skin could possibly act as a barrier to early detection of those bothersome genital warts). A circumcised penis doesn't have the available skin mass for ready infection, and any visible signs of infection can be easily detedted and dealt with prior to metastasis.

Yes, men can get cancer from HPV.

The vaccine just has not been tested on men yet, I'm sure eventually...if they keep using it...men will be able to get it.

Remembering, of course, that most genital warts are essentially invisible within the female body (outer warts contain melanin, internal warts grow without the benefit of leaching melanin from the skin, leading to an almost invisible mass).

You seem to know a lot about this subject. So at the wart stage what are the chances of cervical cancer, sterilization (male/female), or any other problems a male or female can suffer from.

The warts damage cellular DNA, leading to pre-cancerous growths, leading to cancer cells. In men, as I said before, the warts are easily treated. In women, however, the warts can lay inside of the vagina and go unnoticed for decades. The lapse of time can be fatal. After all, your immune system weakens as you age. A 23 year old woman will have a much stronger immune sysem than her 30 years older counterpart.
