Chicago Lit-Together: Pictures

My husband is a photographer and has offered to take pics of people for new AVs and what-not at the Lit-Together. He would also do group shots and possibly candid shots, depending on how comfortable people are with the presence of his camera.

I am not sure of the prices so I will post those tomorrow (after I've had a chance to make him be clear on that), but I do believe he said he would do AV's and other posed shots for either $3 or $5. Not sure on prices for other things (like prints of group shots/candid shots, etc.). AND those prices might be negotiable too.

For anybody who wants to see his work, go here. It is mostly scenery but you can still get an idea for what kind of an eye he has. And if anybody has an account they can see some pics he's taken of me. And my AV is a pic he did of me about a year and a half ago too.

But I do like the idea of getting some quality group shots.

It's a lovely idea, and will of course be completely voluntary to interested parties.

They would not be posted anywhere...they would either be emailed to those who wanted them or printed out for those that wanted them. But not posted. He doesn't operate that way.

It could be.

However, I was thinking of the wonderful pictures from the first Love Shack Litogether. We have a group shot on the back porch ... and another on the hearth. Fun stuff.


If you did, it'd have to be more blatant than that, or I wouldn't recognize it.

I think I'll opt out of this, but thanks for the offer. I know a lot of folks will have cameras and my budget will be tight as it is. Even if it is only a few more bucks. So if I pose nude will someone take a picture of me for free?
