They say it is better to start a change in behavior in the middle of the week anyway. The chances of being successful increase quite a bit!
I have time for one post and this is it.I've been on it steadily for a month now. After the initial withdrawal period, I'm loving it. It's really good for my blood sugar, and since I'm predisposed to diabetes later, I'm trying to really get that under control now. I've always had a really really hard time losing weight (stupid PCOS!), so I'm hoping making this a permanent change the rest of my life will change that.
