Anybody know much (or anything) about xiao yao wan? Evidently it's an herb used in traditional chinese medicine to work on the liver channel.

Anybody ever use it? Know anybody that uses it? Stories? Warnings? Recommendations?

Try Daisy petals and Lilac flowers made into a tea with cucumber.

All have a effect on the Liver.

Milk thistle has been shown to help liver function, and it's a very common and relatively cheap herbal remedy. Target even carries it!

I've had elevated liver enzymes in the past, and so I've tried to take Milk Thistle regularly, as well as Taurine supplements. My last test a few months ago was in the normal range. :)

Also, I make an effort not to drink quite so much. I switched from wine to beer, and started smoking weed again. I think my liver is liking it, and so is my mood. I love alcohol, but it's not a reciprocal relationship. ;)
