Aussie rules is a complete mystery to me
Being a Kiwi rugby is supposed to be in the blood
I'm starting to understand NRL though, living in Sydney it's like a religion here!

I like cricket too, esp when Australia loses....sorry that's bred into me as well LOL

As for rugby in Aussie it is being killed off by the controlling body who only want rep players & super 14 players & screw club rugby .
Rugby turning pro was the biggest mistake ever made as there is no provision to encourage juniors so all the kids are heading to play rugby league & soccer (that round ball game the poms like).

Pool / spa party sat night Yeah, I will be taking notes so the drunks can find out what happened.

Evening all,

Another week nearly done and it's pay day so that should be cause for happy tones.

Lots of people in Melbourne due to the tennis. Plus the school holidays are still on so crowds abound. Still warm here not much rain though.

Ouch! Yeah, I've heard many horror stories. One was my dad's - he ended up having to pay for a holiday he never took because the company took his money - then collapsed!

It is so sad when people find themselves in a position where they can no longer take part in something that is meant to be fun.

The saddest part is that there are sick people out there who use what happens here in "fantasy land" to disrupt, slander and intimidate people in their real lives.

It makes one wonder why you would bother to be part of an online community when there are people that misuse it so vindictively.

This is not the first time someone has targetted members of the Aussies thread community and I am guessing it won't be the last - but at the rate people are pulling away from the thread, there will be no one left to harrass!
