What I should be doing:

Sect 1.1-1.4 homework
Math quiz
Short story discussion
Lab 26
Quiz ch 16&17
Study for lab quiz Monday
Study for ch 16&17 exam Friday
Ch 2 quiz
nutritional assessment

What I am doing:

Reading Harry Potter slash and wasting time on Lit boards.

What should you be doing?

I know what you mean, here I am wasting time writing a story and reading the forum when

Well, I'm at work, so I guess I shouldn't be reading and posting on forums, or reading movie trivia and goofs on IMDB...

I am at work right now. Whether or not I should be doing something is kinda moot, I guess, given that.

But I'm here, interacting with good friends, and like Muhammad Ali, I'm still pretty!

:D

I should at least be pretending I'm worth the pittance they pay me!

I'm at work too.

But in my own defense, they are yo-yoing the pipe and working out tight spots, so all I have to do is watch and see that they don't do something else stupid this week.

I'm way ahead of you guys! The trick is to sleep while still pretending to be working. Hard to master, but it's worth it! :)

I should be cleaning or editing/writing. Yeah, I probably should be working too. Being self-employed gives me some leeway. You know, like screwing around on Lit all weekend and then scrambling to get the work done Sunday evening and staying up until 2 a.m. to do it.

*sigh*

Some things never change.

You did that in school too, didn't you?:D

Did you see my list up there?:D

I did finish the math though. Well, most of it.

That's good!

In college, I think I wrote every paper before the night before it was due. It boggles the mind to think what I might have achieved if only I'd applied myself.

That's my problem. I'm sitting here wondering what I should eat for lunch, knowing I should exercise, and knowing that I've still got to finish all my end-of-the-fiscal-year nonsense for my business, and I'm...reading the Lit boards. :-D

When it comes to procrastination...*I* am the master. Or so my husband would have me believe.

LOL. That's what I did, and now I am applying myself, and I've gotten straight As 3 semesters in a row. It really IS amazing what you can do when you don't put all your energy into booze and men. :D

Wrote a book about it? LOL

Now...if we could write the book on procrastination we'd be lethal!
