Well, I'm at work, so I guess I shouldn't be reading and posting on forums, or reading movie trivia and goofs on IMDB...

But in my own defense, they are yo-yoing the pipe and working out tight spots, so all I have to do is watch and see that they don't do something else stupid this week.

Me too. At work, pretending to work. I've developed a talent for pretending to work - I fool everybody! LOL

So often I've wished I could sleep while looking like I'm doing something else.

I should be cleaning or editing/writing. Yeah, I probably should be working too. Being self-employed gives me some leeway. You know, like screwing around on Lit all weekend and then scrambling to get the work done Sunday evening and staying up until 2 a.m. to do it.

Not a damn thing. I don't work on Friday. School doesn't start till Tuesday. The bills are paid, the dogs fed, pot roast in the crock for supper.

That's my problem. I'm sitting here wondering what I should eat for lunch, knowing I should exercise, and knowing that I've still got to finish all my end-of-the-fiscal-year nonsense for my business, and I'm...reading the Lit boards. :-D

LOL. That's what I did, and now I am applying myself, and I've gotten straight As 3 semesters in a row. It really IS amazing what you can do when you don't put all your energy into booze and men.
