Blue Margarita

Blue Margarita

1 teaspoon coarse salt
4 ounces Tequilla
2 ounce Triple Sec
2 ouncees freshly squeezed lime juice
2 ounces blue Curacaco
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 1/4-inch slices star fruit for garnish
1 lime, cut into wedges

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Place Tequilla, Triple Sec, lime juice, blue Curacaco, and sugar in the shaker; shake hard for 30 seconds. Fill the prepared glasses with ice cubes. Strain the margarita into the salt-rimmed margarita glasses. Garnish each with a slice of star fruit or a lime wedge.

NOTE: To create a salt-rimmed glass, take a lemon or lime wedge and rub the drinking surface of the glass so it is barely moist. Dip the edge of the glass into coarse or Kosher salt.

Makes 2 serving.

I made my Regional Manager feel stupid. LOL

How?

Well, real simple. We have these long poles, very heavy and bulky. I emptied it of it's hooks and purses, then needed to move it to the back room. Now... these things are HEAVY. I looked at it, pushed it a bit and thought, there is no way I'm dragging this across the store. So I went to the back room and grabbed a dolly, simple thing I thought, no biggie.

Well, she and another asst. manager looked up as I walked by and their mouth's dropped. The Reg. Manager says. . . "Oh my god! All these years I've dragged that thing around the store. And look at what you're doing! I never thought of doing that!" She smacks her forehead and continues, "DUH! I feel so stupid!" She points to me and keeps going. Her voice is full of excitement and complete awe. "You just managed to make me feel stupid! I would have dragged that thing across the floor."

The store asst. manager. Nods her head and says, "That's what we've all always done. We've all always dragged it. It never occured to us to use the dolley!"

I just chuckled, apologized for making them feel stupid, winked and went to the back room. :D

LOL! It's funny the little things that we do that others never think about :D
