"Sir, the last thing I remember was I was lying on a titanium slab with the lights in my eyes and they were telling me they were going to be following my case for years via these implants. Then I woke up behind the wheel of this vee hicle as you see me now doing 90 per."
The pavement was still hot in the middle of the night on my bare feet. He looked at my paperwork, shined the light back in the car at my blonde copilot, and told me to slow down and have a nice night.
I did just that.
Ranch Exit #4 on I-70. Slow down around that one.

I drove one of those from Arizona to Denver back in the day. I got pulled over in Utah in the middle of the night, going way over the speed limit. All I was wearing was a pair of shorts.
The cops shines the Maglite into the car and says, "where are your shoes, boy?"
They looked so bushy and fruitful in the ad.![]()
Did you erect a shrine?
The monte carlo SS was not a slow car and to walk away with no ticket was a gift. I erected nothing. I kept my nose clean all the way to Denver.
Collette would have tossed me in the slammer, surrounded by sickly herbs.
Colette is a law inforcement officer?
I need to pay more attention around here.
This is a very cool thread!

Nah, this is local greek goat. I'm still waiting on my Hester free-range goat.
do you want some? what cut?
I make my own tomato basil soup:
1 onion diced
2 tblsps Olive oil
2 large cans of dice tomatos
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of heavy cream
4 cups chicken broth
Saute' onions & garlic in oil until soft. Add tomatoes, basil, chicken broth & salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into blender, add heavy cream and blend until smooth.
The soup's on. Last night's pan drippings, some barley, lentils and split peas, bacon, reindeer sausage, and a splash of red wine.
I bet you do not have Corn Flakes without red wine.
