Snowed about the same amount here this past Monday wee hours of the morning..
Kids got a day off = I got to sleep in late........ much needed, after the weekend at the Fetish Fair Flea.

Even if it isn't enough for a day off......
snow is almost always good for building snowdoms .. hehe

it is already covering the ground in untread areas. the roads are too warm to cover, but if it dips in temp tonight (like is supposed to) the snow might stick around for a while.

yeah it is nice... i love to see fresh fallen snow. the bad thing is that i live right behind a family of four- they are now outside playing in it with their dog, ruining the pretty scene it would be otherwise.

Yeah the midtown snow melted with the rain last night. It was sorta sad too since the 18 inch snow man my landlord's kids built is dying a slow and very wet death.

i just snow blowed and shoveld out 4 feet deep and width of a drive way of snow to get a buried car out... you can have ur snow ill take the beach any day....

Yep! Charlotte (NC) also got some snow... maybe an inch, at most. The temperature has been just above freezing most of the day, so that plus some rain has melted a good portion of it. Tomorrow morning ought to be bad due to freezing overnight.
