Of what origin, pretty lady? Any other specifics you can give?

I jumped on the net and found a cool site called 'Names of Gods and Goddesses' they have everything from Japanese Hawaiin Irish Norse Celtic Australia Aboriginal, man they had everything. Have fun!!!

An idea too, if you are writing a story, would be to find a nature goddess you like and make up a daughter that is a demi-goddess of butterflies and such.

Link, please. I'm not interested in writing a story, but it sounds like a fun way to pass some time.

That works well for a deity of anything obscure. Find a god/goddess of harvest and give 'em a daughter to deal with chocolate. The more obscure the sect, the better - gives you more latitude to explore without people pointing fingers and screaming, "That's not right!"

Keep in mind that many polytheistic religions had gods and goddesses with both light and dark aspects. That means you can have a benevolant daughter of a somewhat darker god and still keep it plausible.
