My rule of thumb is if the post was made in 2007 it goes on last year, if it's in 2008, it goes on this year.

I am actively trying not to add to the Inclusive Thread. I think in some small ways I feel personal conflict in as much as I'm already deciding which threads to submit into the New Library. That's quite enough 'influence', to keep as a representation of quality in the Community. Not sure I am articulating this well. I may bend, if a post that resonates strongly enough to me doesn't seem to be recognized.
