Hello, I have a new story that falls in the celeb category, a fantasy of mine about Kate Walsh. Anyway, I would like to work wtih someone to make this story really hot. I'm not the best editor and have paid the price and learned my lesson. The story is around 4,200 words. Please email me if you would like more info or if this interest you.

best wishes,
Jen

This might work better if you allowed emails via Lit.

And, sorry, I tend to avoid celebs and have never heard of Kate Walsh, so I'm not your man this time, though I much admire your stories..

I thougth about that, on my multiply page I put a picture of her there to help with the visual. People can email me and me feedback as I do enjoy intelligent feedback, I just got tired of the LW haters that wrote stupid comments. my skin is pretty thick and want to improve my writing. granted, the story would be much better if i let the story sit for a week and then go back and edit the story. on this subject i have writers adhd and once i write the story, i post it. me bad, and that is one of my flaws. something to improve this year.

Sorry - my error. In the latest "improvement" to the site, the option of emailing via the forum profile has vanished for all of us, and so my comment was meaningless.

I hadn't noticed that. Doh! It does explain a few things though.

Celebs is a hard nut to crack. It's one thing to write some fictional story abouut your perceived illusion of some famour character, but try keeping true to the character.

I wrote several CSI stories, doing a lot of research when I did. It's amazing how much is available on-line. But I kept true to the characters' styles, and even worked in a few "episodes" where they worked cases.

Just my 2-cents worth.
