The Male being the new Yukuza boss the Female being the new triad boss. Will there lust and love for eachother bring the two Mafia clans together or create an even bigger war. Triads are Chinese and Yakuza are Japanese. They rarely clash, and even more unlikely is any sort of pact between them. Just because they have a similar cast of countenance does not mean they are in any way combined, or combinable. The enmity between Japan and China is deep-seated and has been around for a long time. As a single example, Nanking in 1937 might make interesting research.

Interesting to be sure, though one problem, triad and yakuza hate each other with a passion, if their leaders were in love with each other the two would be killed and new ones placed.

Alternate idea, say, the new leader decides to marry an american. So far as I know doing so is a big no no with both groups, they want to stay loyal to Japan or whichever country the triad is from originally. Yeah I know doesn't make that much sense but well does to them.

Sorta the same idea as your daughter bringing home a black man as her fiance. Though a black woman as the fiance is semi fine. Really don't get that one.

Nah I like the idea of danger in this story thats the whole point is to make forbidden love happen and create and new mafia Trikuza.

This sounds so much like 'Romeo and Juliet' to me.

You could take the daughter of the Yakuza boss and have her hook up with the son of the Triad boss, for instance. Of course they wouldn't know what their parents are doing for a living at first, but they will soon find out and then have to struggle to keep their love for each other hidden, while their parents wants the other dead or at least out of the way.
Although the relationship could work out in the end if nothing goes wrong, but the coming together of the two criminal organizations is probably not gonna happen.

This sounds a lot like the Jet Li movie "Romeo Must Die." Actually, it sounds like a lot of movies! Still, it's an idea ripe with possibilities for both passion and action.
