Internal monologue " No way, no fucking way. It looks like ketchup and sausage. No fucking way. That guy wouldn't be calmly sitting there unless on some serious pain meds or something, and I'd think his blood would have been darker due to oxygenation."

I've seen some foul and disgusting things that make me vomit, but for whatever reason this failed to gross me out - just like a bad horror flick.

As to special effects, well, hey, they were pretty good. Kind of glad to hear that it was FX, but I can believe that there are people out there will to do these sorts of things. If you have already decided that the willy has to go, and that you are going to do it yourself, why not film it, right?

And, honestly, it's not that tough to get to the point where you feel so little pain that you don't care. Alcohol can do it, but it's not super hard to get local aneastetic materials. I've got some novacaine pads in my first aid that could numb something up pretty darned well.

What bothers me, though, are the hundreds of kiddies around the web who are saying how horrible that person must be, how he must be crazy, etc. They seem to be unable to comprehend that some people actually get penectomies for personal reasons, and some people even do it themselves. BME has lots of people who have done exactly that, actually. But no, these kids say that it's disgusting, he shouldn't have done that, etc. etc. They also say that people who enjoy watching this stuff, or appreciate modification at all, are sick in the head. *sighs*

I saw one girl even suggest that people who are going to get a sex change anyway sometimes do this symbolically because they hate the genitals they were born with. Um, hello? Have you ever seen how a sex change is performed? Yeah, cutting off your dick doesn't work for that.

I always wonder what I would have done if I was an amazonian archer in a past life and had to cut off my breast. I'd do it, but I think it would be distressing physically at first, which I felt there was a lack of in the video.

I know all about the pain and not caring, but personally it's something that I have to work up to. I mean I was induced for labor and didn't have any meds, but after a while I wanted to pass out. I think if I wasn't in shock and cut off a body part, I just might pass out.
This is all speaking from a personal perspective. I understand that every one is different.

Yes, it happens to me when I've been playing a lot of videos. After a day or so of lots of vids, it locks up between 15-30 seconds into the vid. I restart my computer and that usually fixes it for me.

Have you tried clearing your temporary internet files? If it gets to full there is no where to store the video while you watch it.

Yeah, I just did that..it didn't help either. I also made sure I have the newest version of Adobe Flash player... I'm going to have to do some more investigating..lol. Thank You for the suggestion!
