Today is my one year anniversary on Lit.

I dont have a special photo lined up, or even a special message.

I just wanted to once again say thank you to everyone. Thanks for spending a small part of your day with me, for taking the time to answer my silly questions, thanks for sending me some intimate thoughts and desires, for engaging with me through moments of joy and sadness, frustration, anger, and more.

When I was last in bloody ole England, I had some fish n chips in Stratford-upon-Avon and they served them to me as expected, deep fried etc...but with the fish skin on. THE FISH SKIN WAS ON.
So my question is:

Were they lazy or are you all madmen over there?!

You all are known for yer fish n chips among many other things.
When I was last in bloody ole England, I had some fish n chips in Stratford-upon-Avon and they served them to me as expected, deep fried etc...but with the fish skin on. THE FISH SKIN WAS ON.
So my question is:

Were they lazy or are you all madmen over there?!

That outrageous! Some older traditional places may still serve it like that, but as a lot of our fish species are becoming more sparce, most "chippys" will fillet fish into smaller portions for deep frying in batter. So no skin!

yeah some places here...uhh...not to be a dick but...usually places that have...less healthy cuisines...and consequently possibly some...heavier...people...have deep fried Snickers bars or other candies and desserts, deep fried BUTTER...and sopme other random stuff that basically comes with a portable defibrillator and a 30 second delay before the call to the paramedics
