As for the rest of your query, I just don't know: I think the official position would be that the 'facts' of andrew's predatory/exploitative behaviour are already 'known' (having been through the court system) and therefore the resulting actions came to pass. I don't think brits would expect King C to come out and speak publicly beyond this as it is seen as a great embarrassment to the royal family... a family which no doubt has a slew of scandalous bones in closets just as bad if not worse, including Mountbatton's alleged predeliction for young men. Wealth and power comes with the ability to abuse them.

I would be very very surprised if K.C made further public statements involving any details, and a lot of brits would be happy to accept the position of 'didn't know till these recent investigations unearthed shit' especially since andrew's gotten the boot.

They'll just claim they are "Fake" and part of a "Liberal Conspiracy."

It's what they do. These people have a tough time getting a grip on reality. Remember the Obama Birth Certificate? The 2020 election Trump lost? This is exactly what will happen. It will be "Those documents were faked."
