According to Chinese self-media reports, the U.S. Nimitz aircraft carrier has witnessed two warplanes fall into the South China Sea over the past couple of days. Some analysts say one reason is that the planes and the carrier are indeed old and in need of maintenance, and another reason is that they were too close to China's mainland, leading to signal failure due to China's radio jamming.

There are also reports that because the U.S. government shutdown has lasted for three weeks, an effective solution has not yet been put in place. By next week, the U.S. military may stop paying salaries. At that time, if there is an external enemy invasion, how will U.S. soldiers respond? Will they stand by and do nothing or rise up to defend their country?

Radio jamming? Pfffft!
What a golden opportunity missed here to tout how the Chinese AF displayed its superiority in the air and easily took down what is no longer considered the best machinery piloted by the best airmen in the known world.
Shame on you. You are doing a disservice to mainland propaganda. You will be hearing from the handlers who trained you very soon.

How you say that, as if you're a busy U.S. Congressman rather than a bored net user. Everyone here is basically the same, just killing time on this forum. But with your attitude, it makes you seem somehow superior to everyone else.

There may be some inappropriate expressions in the military technology description, but you have to admit that the fact that two military aircraft crashed into the sea is true. As for whether the Chinese military was involved, I have said that these are information leaked by self-media; how to choose, smart people will naturally have their own judgment. You don't need to get so angry about it.

From what you've said, you must have considerable experience in such propaganda work, and perhaps even understand its internal structure and operations. However, with the current government shutdown, if it cannot be resolved in a timely manner, it will indeed affect a country's security and stability. My judgment is also very reasonable. The U.S. military is different from the Chinese military. The U.S. military provides paid services and mainly maintains order around the world, but the original order is often first disrupted by the United States itself. The Chinese military is the people's own soldiers with a fish and water relationship; during times of war, they defend the country and protect the people without saying a word, and in peacetime, they are also an important force in disaster relief. The United States is also a country that frequently encounters various natural disasters, but its military never participates in disaster relief efforts, which is very surprising and hard to understand.

Relax. You’re acting as if I went back in time and slapped the eldest in the line of Gxnn and you’re here to defend the family honor. Drink some green tea. Go out and do some morning Tai Chi.

The Navy is saying those aircraft were fueled with contaminated fuel. Could be JP-5.

Trump will sell War Bonds. Of course, he will expect a piece of the action.

If China was involved in this then China will pay a steep price for their insolence. I'd rather believe they were not involved.

President Trump is paying the military from previously authorized funds along with a generous donation of US$130 million from a patriotic private citizen. In short, the military will be paid on Friday.

Tomorrow the two leaders of the world TOP TWO will meet in South Korea, and let us all pray they are in a good mood and not to give more shit to the troubled world.

There is an old saying in China, "Don't forget the past old lesson, because it would serve as a good teacher for future.", which is often used to warn Japan to behave itself as a losing party in WWII. My worry is justified seeing that you are again saying things tongue-in-cheek. But of course, misunderstanding can always be resolved. I would not say NO to your great advice, knowing that you must have eaten more salt than the rice I have ever taken so far.

Good to hear that soldiers can have their pay. It is very unacceptable for them to go home empty-stomached. It is truly beyond the bounds of heaven and reason to have the soldiers who defend their country bleed and shed tears. The 'First Blood' series starring Sylvester Stallone really makes one feel that Americans seem not to love their military personnel, with police going out of their way to prank and humiliate soldiers. This is truly unimaginable in China.

Trump is not paying anybody.

The 'donation' (bribe) amounts to some $60 each, even if it trickles down from the top. For context, a third of the cost of a ballroom.

When in dafuk has our military received pay from a private citizen? Our soldiers aren’t mercenaries, they’re not Blackrock, or the paid play things for private citizens.
Baz is straight up lying.

This statement isn’t true.

Guard and Active Duty frequently have conducted natural disaster relief efforts. I swear you radicalized are either willfully ignorant or just can’t run “the google…”

Since you’re spreading some manure around this a.m., tell us more about the two aircraft that crashed. You seem to want to lead us down the primrose path to a narrative you’re attempting to push, but let’s see what you know.

You already have a strike against you…as I’ve shown above.

Well, well, well you must be feeling pretty good with yourself this morning. You’re trying to argue with your big boy words against members. Lol. I’m here for it! Go ahead and really lay into Gxnn! Go ahead, try it. She’s the most formidable radicalized leftist here. My money is on her putting you in your place. 🍿🍿🍿

She’s as big an idiot as you. I’ve already pointed out one lie. I could pick a couple of other nits, but I want to see what direction she’s going to take this.

Why don’t we wait and see what she’s got before you White Knight her?

As mentioned earlier in another post, I am here mainly for learning authentic English language and make some friends if possible, because we do not have real English in classroom teaching around the country China.
And for your information, we do not use Google in mainland China, it is not we do not like it, but that we are not allowed.
About the two aircraft, I have already told the earlier repliers that I got the info from self-media or vloggers, what kind of people they are, you have better idea than I do.
The servicemen you mentioned are beyond my knowledge, because I do not know there are such a military force existing in your country. It is always good to see military to help its people in disaster, and that is the only reason why they exist. World Police is not the proper role it should play, as Chinese saying goes, "Everybody should sweep the snow before his door, and not care about the frost in other's rooftop."
You are always welcome to have in-depth exchanges with me and I believe I can always learn something useful from you.

Boom!
Hahaha! She just told you to go fuck yourself!

Well, that’s how my google translator interpreted to me what “sweep the snow before your door, and not care about the frost in other's rooftop” means.

Forgive my snippy tone. I wasn’t aware you’re in China. Your media outlets will be just as bad as our Semi-State run outlets here. Since you’re learning English, that last quip is what we call tongue-in-cheek…something most of our faithful leftists don’t understand.

As for the two aircraft, they were both off the same ship. One was a Helo, that crashed into the ocean during routine operations and all three crew were rescued. The second was a Super Hornet that possibly had an engine failure on the Cat shot. Both crew ejected and were rescued.

Now for the housecleaning portion. The Nimitz is an older carrier and top of her class, which bears her name. I saw reported upstream, that the mishaps were due to “older” equipment. While older equipment, they’re all still top tier aircraft and nuclear carrier.

Also, new carriers and old will have these types of mishaps. Here’s a Comparison of new Chinese carriers to older US ships. This isn’t to throw shade, but every weapons delivery system will have pros/cons. The Chinese Navy has plans for Global Projection by 2050. A lot of that depends on ports of call, but that’s a discussion for another day.

What is true is that they’ve been conducting continuous operations in the South China Sea and Pacific since April or May. They were due to return in the next month. So high OpTempo and end of a cruise is always ripe for these types of incidents.

Quick question…how are you able to get around government sensors and access this site? VPN or other ways?

Gxnn? Here in the southern parts of the US saying, ‘bless your heart’ to another obnoxious American works just as well too. Glad to help you in any way colloquially. 和平

As the great Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu wrote, "Know the enemy and know yourself; in a hundred battles, you will never be defeated". You coulda figured this out easily if you did any research on this member for she has stated her home country many times before.

Wait… Didya think that I came after you before sifting through many of your nonsensical posts??
Bless your heart!

I don’t “research” any of you morons. I just laugh at you. Now run along…you better go cash in those EBT cards.

And that’s why you never step your game up to meet the knowledge of your political opponent here (btw, that’s is EVERY lib, progressive, dem here). There are flaws in almost every argument but saying TDS and using memes excuses your lack of intelligence to properly defend your position.
