He’s referring to a foundation or basement that extends below the water table. It has to be waterproof so water doesn’t seep inside. He’s correct that “nature always wins”. Completely keeping water out permanently is highly unlikely.

I don’t understand why the new ballroom would have to be built with a basement? Build it on a slab foundation if the water table there is that high.
 
Have they shown how a 90,000 sq ft ballroom fits?
Have they admitted the actual ballroom will NOT be 90,000 sq ft?
 
more like we are all suffering form dementia don. we are all being held hostage in the asylum while he carries out his retribution campaigns, normalizes graft and corruption, pardons criminals, makes billions off his crypto firm while so many struggle to make ends meet. Demented and hell bent on taking everyone and everything along on this nutso ego power trip.

993 million spent on magnetic catapults. Not in his watch! But? The design was sitting there during his last presidency. Who cares about 1 billion dollars when you now have a 1 trillion dollar budget?
But? Fuck! Genius boy, with his stupid big marker, is going to make the mechanics really happy with all the moving parts for steam and hydraulic cuz he knows best and got the honest answer of ALL those knowledgeable sailors. Fuck science and engineers! Fuck all the amusement parks that have used “magnets” in the rain for DECADES! Valves and O RINGS never EVER fuck up in extreme heat or cold!

Aircraft carriers appear to have displace windmill cancer as his primary fixation nowadays.

He is aghast at the notion that modern aircraft carriers have super magnet catapults.

Like Pickled Pete Kegsbreath™ , he believes anything that worked in World War 2 movies should be in use today.

Aircraft Carriers made battleships obsolete.
Hypersonic Chinese missiles made Aircraft Carriers obsolete. Admirals know this, Carrot Caligula™, like most MAGA, refuse to accept the new reality.

So we have to ask ourselves, is it really possible that Donald Trump - one of the two major party presidential candidates - has dementia, that he's in cognitive decline? And further that fully half of our voters (according to polls) have no awareness of or no problem with this decline?

There are a ton of various sources, videos, speeches, quotes etc out there. This is just a handful. All of them are from this year within the past handful of months.

Michael Cohen has suggested that when he does this during his campaign speeches that he is actually having a bowel movement.

Ron put this together a couple months ago but this is just from two speeches in two days. An incredible amount of complete nonsense paired with slurring, rambling, name mix ups etc. This is the GOP candidate for president and can anyone look at this and say that Trump has not seriously declined cognitively.

Trump posted on his social media referring to himself as a "brilliant young man". He wasn't kidding. This wasn't a joke. He is actually putting out that description out there about himself and he is being serious. He thinks he can accurately call himself a "young man".

Trump is never articulate, so it is hard to tell if he has dementia.
