I have a hard time diagnosing President Biden, considering the tiny sample size of his speaking engagements, his stutter, his age, his grueling schedule with all of the crises he was dealing with, and his health issues (he got Covid at least once during his presidency and it turns out he was dealing with undiagnosed cancer - as well as other age related ailments).



And President Biden DID make the decision to step aside after his own self assessment of his ability to fully serve for another four years.

Possessing decency & self-awareness, and serving competently during his term??? Yes.
