Makes me depressed

Yeah me too sometimes, luckily I have you lot to help cheer me up.

We've all got each other. Anyone who needs a listening ear, or even just a place to vent, is welcome to message me. I'll usually reply within the hour.

I know of a few others on here who will offer exactly the same, but I'll let them post their own invitations.

This is because the light hitting your eyes causes a reaction that sends a message to the hypothalamus – the part of the brain which controls circadian rhythms – telling you it’s morning. It amps up dopamine and serotonin, and suppresses melatonin levels so you don’t feel sleepy.

Even 10 minutes outside helps suppress melatonin, raise serotonin and dopamine, and regulate your circadian rhythm.
