Can't get my profile, stories and membership deleted.

After seven attempts I cannot leave Literotica. I have asked five time to delete my content. Stories, profile and membership. It has been 10 days since my first attempt. I have followed the posted procedure five times. Given feedback twice, contacted editors but nothing happens. I want to be completely removed from Literotica any suggestions?
