The Ones We Meet Along the Way
Sometimes we forget - we are more than the replies we never receive.
More than the conversations that fade mid-sentence, or the names that vanish into silence.
We deserve real people - not ghosts, not phantoms, not maybes.
We deserve to be loved, to be valued, to be seen.
But to find The One, we often have to walk through The Many.
And that can hurt.
Some doors open with laughter and close with confusion.
Some homes are warm but temporary.
Others never truly let us in.
And yet, each one teaches us something - about warmth, about silence, about what we can no longer settle for.
It’s easy to lose faith when kindness goes unanswered,
when you pour your heart into words and the screen stays still.
But please remember this - your worth isn’t measured by who replies.
You are already enough, even in the quiet.
So take your time.
Let the journey unfold.
Learn from the houses you pass through.
And when the right one finally opens,
when someone meets you at the door and says, “You’re home,”
you’ll understand why none of the others worked out.
Until then -
rest when you’re tired,
laugh when you can,
and keep your light on.
Someone out there is still finding their way to your door.
